The Genius School made a successful and anticipated debut in Indianapolis in the fall of 2022! It is well known that all over the nation, the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted learning loss in children in unprecedented ways. The Genius School is specifically designed to offset the COVID-19 learning loss that has plagued the country since 2020. Ultimately, The Genius School seeks to uplift the post-pandemic child through offering a unique and holistic learning environment; an innovative academic approach; a commitment to smaller, more intimate class sizes; and essential enrichment opportunities such as financial literacy and the arts. By connecting university research and scholarship in education with the day-to-day application at the school level, The Genius School is poised and positioned at the leading edge of educational innovation. It is the belief of The Genius School community that each child has a unique and special genius within that is waiting to be discovered. The Genius School currently serves kindergarten through 6th grade. The Genius School is located and shares space at Geo Next Gen High School building on the near east side of Indianapolis.
